Our clients had just finished a massive rebuild/refurbishment of their lovely bungalow on the Milton Road in Sutton Courtenay over two years. The brief was to design and build a patio that came seamlessly from the lifestyle room at the rear of the property.
The water feature at the end of the patio needed to fit with the contemporary feel. The finishes in the build were of the highest quality so it was important to bear this in mind whilst trying to balance a budget.
We designed and built a new driveway, side access and front gates, fencing, porcelain patio, water feature, gas fire pit clad with tiles, resin coated soakaway to patio, new step and new rear lawn. This was a challenging job, as it was completed during the snow we had in spring, but Mark and Daryl were dream clients who constantly interacted and helped design some of the more swanky features whilst keeping our guys going with heaps of tea and biscuits!
“Darren, Ben and the team were a pleasure to deal with throughout; from the consultation, the build process, through to the final tidy up. At the outset, we agreed a price and timeframe which they met exactly – in fact they finished up a couple of days earlier than expected. Darren kept us up to speed on progress and costs. At every decision point, he gave us options to help reduce costs or pick higher quality materials. This together with the attention to detail means we’d highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.”
