Adam and Beth approached our team seeking a complete redesign of their patio area. The couple frequently hosts gatherings and required a practical yet elegant outdoor space that could accommodate both entertainment and parking needs.

The objective was to create a continuous paved area around all four sides of their home, offering a high-end finish while ensuring one side was durable enough to support multiple vehicles.

We began with a comprehensive planning and design consultation to fully understand their lifestyle and expectations. A key challenge identified was the need for the patio to handle the weight of several parked cars without compromising the structure or visual appeal.

To achieve this, we engineered and installed a reinforced concrete slab beneath one side of the patio. This structural base ensures long-term durability and prevents sinking or cracking from vehicle load.

Once structural works were complete, we installed high-quality porcelain patio tiles in the stunning Raptura Ivory finish. This material was selected for its sleek, modern aesthetic and excellent hard-wearing properties. To elevate the finished appearance, we handcrafted and installed bespoke bullnose edging across the perimeter, providing a seamless and refined look.

The completed transformation has given Adam and Beth a luxurious, versatile outdoor living space. Their new wrap-around patio offers plenty of room for hosting parties, while also functioning as a discreet parking area for guests’ vehicles. They can now entertain freely without concerns about street parking limitations — enjoying a space that is both stylish and structurally built to last.
