The renovation of the patio with an Indian Sandstone extension, power washing and repointing, successfully delivered a high-quality and durable result transforming the outdoor space into an inviting area for relaxation and entertainment.
During the pre-start, a drone was employed to survey the circular island allowing the team to identify the best approach for moving the circle’s boundary and associated drainage.
The driveway project faced several challenges, including tricky elevation levels, site constraints and the need for precise drainage adjustments when moving the driveway island.

“Our house was built in 1935 and we purchased it in 1984, there was a gravel driveway but we had a cheap layer of tarmac and some pea shingle added in 1990. There are numerous trees overlooking the drive and moss became an ever increasing problem and there was also a problem with the roots of a very large tree which was lifting the drive and edging.
We decided to replace the drive and at the same time reduce the size of the “roundabout” and remove the grey water drainage gullies. We initially chose a local supplier but soon realised they were not capable of completing a job of this size. We then looked for a more substantial company to complete the work and chose “New Driveway”. The work was completed satisfactorily in 3 weeks and we are happy with the result.”
