Mr and Mrs S wanted a contemporary garden after having an extension built. They were a little nervous after a not so great customer journey with their building contractors – the garden looked like a bomb had gone off. They had an idea of budget but needed inspiring with some landscaping design and ideas around materials. We created a range of designs and supplied lots of samples before they eventually made their choice:
- Patio in new porcelain slabs
- New lawn
- Composite deck to compliment the patio
- New gravel drive with rumbled edgings
- New fence and 2 gates
Working on the busy main road was a challenge, with traffic whizzing by at silly speeds, so getting deliveries in and out needed some thinking about. Just after completion on the Sunday we lent them a hose to keep the new lawn alive. Mr S appeared looking extremely tired – he had just done a 100 mile overnight run from London – good effort!
