David’s driveway slopes back from the road towards his house. Because of this we had to incorporate a drainage solution to allow run-off.
We designed a permeable driveway so rain could sink directly into the water table. However we had a very small area to work in and had to dig deep to ensure that the driveway was permeable.
As well as the driveway, we also fitted a new fence, a gravel bed and edging for the planted area that matches the new driveway.
