So when the phone rings, ordinarily, myself or Stuart, one of the directors, will have a 10 or 15 minute conversation on the phone with the client just to make sure there’s parity there, and that effectively we think it’s our client.

Ordinarily then myself and Stuart will go out and speak to the client, have a look, do a free survey and give then an email back. What we don’t encourage, and we don’t employ, is any sales teams, any salesman at all.

So one of the directors will be the guys that go out, whether it’s a £5,000 or a £50,000 job, one of the directors goes out, we visit, we send a full proposition back in writing, just to get the ball rolling, so that you can at first encapsulate exactly what the job looks like, what your choices are in terms of budget before you engage.

No sales tactics, no 1980s double glazing tactics, just a good common sense approach from the start, with some budgets, and we leave you alone with that.
