Resin Bound Driveway and Porcelain Patio, Abingdon
Sam came to us looking to transform both the front and rear of his bungalow, with a strong focus on improving privacy for his family while creating attractive, functional outdoor spaces he could enjoy during the summer months.
To the front of the property, we installed a resin-bound driveway in Surrey Silver alongside a new lawn, giving the home a clean, contemporary appearance and greatly enhancing kerb appeal. Two higher wooden gates were added to provide security and a greater sense of seclusion.
In the rear garden, we created a welcoming, homely space designed for relaxation and entertaining. A contemporary 900mm x 600mm porcelain patio in Cathedral Anthracite was installed to form a durable, modern seating area, complemented by a freshly laid lawn to soften the overall look.
We also installed a soakaway to improve drainage and ensure the space performs well in all weather conditions.
The result is a cohesive landscape design that seamlessly connects the front and back of the property while meeting the Sam’s practical and lifestyle needs.
