New Block Paving Drive and Footpath, Cholsey, Oxfordshire

Mark lives in Cholsey, Oxfordshire. His crumbling, weed-infested old tarmac driveway had become a real eyesore, so he called us in for our advice.

We started with some 3D designs that showed him exactly how his drive and footpath could be transformed, and allowed him to see how different colours would work before work began. He chose our lovely warm Woburn Original Autumn Block Paving.

Once Mark had signed off the driveway designs we set to work.

There was a tricky ramp on the left hand side for pedestrian access, so we excavated the drive to a different level to take take the steepness out of the driveway, and the manholes had to be pitched in line with the angle of the footpath, but as usual, our guys took it all in their stride.

The result is a beautiful new permeable block paved driveway with railway sleeper edging that adds both beauty and value to Mark’s home.
